Customizable Punching Stations

A typical punching station includes a cutter (“male”) and a die (“female”).
Our engineering team can design custom die sets based on your material, hole or slot patterns, and production goals.

Two-Column Press Model

• Supports up to 12 punching stations

• Each station can perform a unique punching operation

• Cutters and dies are securely fastened with heavy-duty bolts

 

Four-Column Heavy-Duty Model

• Designed for larger, more demanding applications

• Engineered for maximum rigidity and repeatability

 

Precision Positioning

For fast, accurate material handling, adjustable length-stops can be installed at each station, allowing operators to position the workpiece with confidence and repeatable accuracy.
